Search Fee

The County Clerk's office will provide an individual or company a Certified
Copy of a misdemeanor record search for a fee of $5.00 for each name.

You may also do a criminal history search by mail. Send your request including the name of the individual and their date of birth (and any additional identifiers such as driver's license number, social security number, etc.) with a check or money order in the amount of $5.00 per name to our main office in Conroe.
